What if I'm out of town?
If you go away, you can gift your weekly flowers to a friend or make up the week you lost when you return. If you decide to gift your flowers, your friend picks up your arrangement in your absence.
If you want to pick up when you return, let me know before you leave and I’ll add a bouquet to the end of your pickup schedule. There's a sign-up sheet for you to mark each week, so it's easy to keep track.
What if I forget to pick up my flowers?
I send reminder texts and emails each morning on pick-up day. If you forget and let me know, you can pick up your flowers within 24 hours. If you forget altogether, I will donate your arrangement to one of our local hospice programs.

How will I know when my subscription starts?
The fall flower share will begin on Monday, September 23, 2024. I'll send an email to let you know when it's time to start picking up your flowers. Weather and other unknowns may create hiccups along the way, but we will work through them as they come up.
How can I make my flowers last?
Here are some easy steps to take to keep your flowers blooming as long as possible:
1. Recut the stems when you get your flowers home and place them in a clean vase with cool water. Try to avoid exposing the stems to the air for very long.
2. Display your flowers away from sunlight, fruit, and your countertop compost container. Fruit and compost produce ethylene gas, which will reduce your flowers' vase life.
3. Change the water and recut the stems every couple days to reduce bacteria growth and allow the flowers to absorb as much water as possible.
4. During warm weather, place your flowers outside or in the fridge overnight.
