Helping couples choose vibrant, local, sustainably-grown flowers for their special day is a delight and a privilege. Whether you're going for a floral extravaganza, simple elegance, or country charm, Gatherings has an option that suits your needs and budget.

Full-service orders

This is the soup-to-nuts option, where I design your dream arrangements based on detailed consultations with you about your vision, deliver everything to your venue, and set up all the flowers the morning of your event. This is a good choice if:

You have your heart set on specific flowers or colors.
You don't live near your venue, or transporting flowers isn't an option.
You'll be using an arch, chuppah, or other large-scale design elements.
You're concerned about having enough time or friends to help decorate.

Full-service prices vary based on flower amounts, types, and seasonal availability.

A la carte orders

If you love flowers but don't have your heart set on anything specific, an a la carte option gives you access to fresh, vibrant, responsibly-grown blossoms but keeps costs down because there's no on-site setup, and there's less time dedicated to planning and consultation. You submit your rough color and style preferences along with the size and number of bouquets and centerpieces you need, and I arrange your flowers using the best of whatever beauties are blooming the week of your event.

Another version of the a la carte option is to custom-order only the bouquets and boutonnieres for your wedding party, while you make your own centerpieces and decorate your venue with flowers that you buy in bulk by the bucket. (See details below.)

Bulk Flower Buckets

(Available July through October)

For couples who want to celebrate with fresh, vibrant flowers and have the time and interest in arranging everything themselves (or with the help of friends and family), bulk flower buckets are a great choice. With this option, you specify your preferred style and color palette, and I'll supply an assortment of whatever fresh gorgeous flowers are in bloom the week of your event.

Bulk bucket prices:

Each bucket includes a mix of 50-60 stems, including focal flowers and foliage, and costs $65. (There's a $5 deposit per bucket, which is refunded upon return.) Delivery may be available for an extra fee with this option.

How it works:

Initiate contact. You contact me through the website, indicating your interest in wedding flowers.
Provide details. I respond and send you a brief survey to learn more about the date and venue for your event, the atmosphere you want to create (rustic, formal, romantic, bold, etc.), and the number of bouquets and centerpieces you’ll need. This gives us a starting point for a phone consultation.
Schedule a chat. We talk by phone to flesh out your vision and answer any questions you may have.
Review proposal. I send you a formal proposal within 7 days of our phone consultation. You can either approve it as is, or request specific changes.
Reserve your date. Once you agree to the proposal, you send a deposit and officially book your wedding florals. Cross that item off your to-do list! The balance is due 2 weeks before your event.
Celebrate! Enjoy gorgeous, local, and responsibly grown flowers on your big day.
